Cafe Roles - we are looking for various Front of House Staff for our New Cafe

Are you friendly and outgoing? Organised and self-motivated? Passionate about food & how it gets from field to fork?

We are looking for front of house staff for our eggciting new restaurant/cafe bar.

Here at Minskip Farm Shop, we believe in offering the very best produce to our lovely customers. We like to help people live their best lives, and brighten up their day. We are a young, lively workplace, who really care about the development of our staff. Enthusiasm and an interest in food are more important to us than experience, as is a willingness to grow with us.

The core function of this role is to welcome customers, take orders, deliver orders, make coffee and generally be a positive, friendly presence in the cafe. We highly value efficiency and have a great existing team.

Existing cafe experience would be beneficial, but is not necessary.

Must demonstrate experience in the following role activities:

· Sound people, team management and coaching skills.

· Capacity to delegate.

· Good time management skills.

· Practical ability to prep vegetables to a high presentation standard
